The discount code can be applied in your shopping cart before checkout. Simply enter the code in the “Discount Code” field and click “Apply” and the discount will be calculated automatically.

The available payment methods are as follows:

• Credit / Debit card
• Bank Transfer (for bank accounts in Thailand only)

To ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, it begins processing immediately after payment is completed. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. However, if you wish to exchange or return your items, please refer to the section “How can I exchange or return my items?”

Items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange
Customers can request an exchange via email or LINE @wakingbee. Our team will provide the necessary instructions. Customers are required to send the item back to Wakingbee office and cover the shipping cost for the new item. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped out promptly.

Return
Customers can request a return via email or LINE @wakingbee. Our team will provide the necessary instructions. Customers are required to send the item back to Wakingbee office. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout via our trusted shipping partners.

• Thailand: Orders are shipped via Flash Express, Thailand Post, or DHL
• International: Orders are shipped via Thailand Post (Registered Airmail) and handed over to the destination country’s postal service for final delivery

At the moment, all online orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. In-store pickup is not available at this time. However, we are working to improve our system to support this option in the future.

Bangkok and vicinity: 1–3 business days
Upcountry: 2–4 business days
International: 10–15 business days

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Domestic Shipping (Thailand):

• Free shipping on orders of 1,500 THB or more
• Orders below 1,500 THB are charged based on the
  number of items
• Shipping fee is 35 THB for the first item, and 15 THB for each additional item in the same order

International Shipping:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the number of items and destination zone,
as follows:

Asia:

• 1–2 items: 450 THB
• 3–4 items: 600 THB
• 5–6 items: 750 THB
• 7–9 items: 900 THB
• 10 items or more: 1,100 THB

Europe, Australia, Africa, and America:

• 1–2 items: 900 THB
• 3–4 items: 1,100 THB
• 5–6 items: 1,300 THB
• 7–9 items: 1,500 THB
• 10 items or more: 1,750 THB
