Terms of service

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with Wakingbee, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. Any use or access to the Service by anyone under 13 is strictly prohibited. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must enter into this Agreement on your behalf.

You must create an account at Wakingbee to gain access to the services, including our loyalty program. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account credentials secure. Wakingbee will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

As part of our commitment to improving your experience, Wakingbee has transitioned to a new WB Club Loyalty Program system. Effective upon the launch of this new system, please be advised that all legacy membership tiers, statuses, and accumulated points are subject to a complete system reset ("Hard Reset"). All user accounts, regardless of previous standing, will commence at the "Entry" tier with a zero (0) point balance. Previous points and tiers are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

Any discount coupons, rewards, or privileges redeemed through the WB Club Loyalty Program are exclusively valid for use on the Wakingbee Official Website (www.wakingbee.com) and official physical WB Stores. Under no circumstances can these loyalty coupons or rewards be applied, transferred, or utilized on any third-party E-Marketplaces (including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop).

Wakingbee reserves the right to alter point collection rates, tier upgrade conditions, and reward redemption structures without prior notice. For comprehensive details regarding specific tier benefits and points, please refer to our official "WB Club Benefits" page.

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities, including: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service; (ii) transmitting spam; (iii) attempting to interfere with the system integrity or security; (iv) using the Service for any commercial purposes without authorization; or (v) bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice or liability to Wakingbee, for any reason, including if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

You shall be solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting it. Except for your User Content, the Service and all materials therein (the "Wakingbee Content") and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Wakingbee. Use of the Wakingbee Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or E-Marketplaces that are not owned or controlled by Wakingbee. Wakingbee does not assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites. You expressly relieve Wakingbee from any liability arising from your use of any third-party website.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Wakingbee and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of any term of this Agreement.
