- CRM and Loyalty Program Partners (Data Processors): To facilitate and manage our WB Club Loyalty Program, we partner with a third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) provider (Primo World Co., Ltd.). By participating in our services, you acknowledge and consent that your Personal Information and transaction history from our official e-commerce platform (Shopify) and physical offline stores will be securely transmitted to and processed by our CRM partner. This processing is strictly governed by Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) in full compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

- Agents & Affiliated Businesses: We employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf and need to share your information with them to provide products or services to you.

- Business Transfers & Protection of WAKINGBEE: We may release Personal Information when we believe in good faith that release is necessary to comply with laws, enforce our conditions of use, or protect the rights, property, or safety of WAKINGBEE, our employees, or others.

Your account is protected by a password (or OTP verification) for your privacy and security. We apply strict role-based access control (RBAC) to our databases, ensuring that only high-level authorized administrative personnel have the rights to manage or export sensitive Personal Information. While we attempt to protect the privacy of your account, we cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorized entry, hardware failure, or other factors.

You can always elect not to disclose information to us, though it may limit your ability to take advantage of the WB Club Loyalty Program and our Website's features. Through your account settings, you may access, edit, or delete your information, or manage your marketing consents.
