All order will be delivered to the stated mailing address by our trusted third-party service providers.
- Within Thailand: Your order will be delivered by DHL or Thai Post EMS.
- Outside Thailand: Your order will be delivered by Thailand Post and later by local postage service provider in your country (via Registered Airmail service).
Store pick-up of online purchase is not yet available at the moment. But we are working hard to change that.
- Bangkok and greater Bangkok: 1-3 business days
- Upcountry: 2-4 business days
- Outside Thailand: 10-15 business days
- Public holidays may affect this delivery period by 1-3 business days
Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your package is on the way.
- Within Thailand: You will receive a tracking ID via email which you can use to check shipping status on their website at https://www.dhl.com/th-th/home/tracking.html for DHL or https://track.thailandpost.co.th/ for Thai Post.
- Outside Thailand: The email will contain tracking ID that you can use to track shipping status on Thailand Post website at https://track.thailandpost.co.th/.
In Thailand: For purchase of 1,500 THB or above, shipping is free! For purchase under 1,500 THB, a small shipping fee will be charged. Shipping is 35 THB for the first piece and 15 THB for each subsequent piece in the same order. Outside Thailand: International shipping will be charged based on the number of items you purchase and your destination. In Asia:
- For purchase of 1-2 pieces, shipping is 450 THB
- For purchase of 3-4 pieces, shipping is 600 THB
- For purchase of 5-6 pieces, shipping is 750 THB
- For purchase of 7-9 pieces, shipping is 900 THB
- For purchase of 10 pieces and above, shipping is 1100 THB
In Europe, Australia, Africa, and America:
- For purchase of 1-2 pieces, shipping is 900 THB
- For purchase of 3-4 pieces, shipping is 1100 THB
- For purchase of 5-6 pieces, shipping is 1300 THB
- For purchase of 7-9 pieces, shipping is 1500 THB
- For purchase of 10 pieces and above, shipping is 1750 THB
