WB Club

WB Club is Wakingbee’s loyalty program that provides discount and many special privileges to our customers.  It is free to sign up and you can earn points from every purchase on our official channels. You can then use your earned points to redeem discount coupon towards your next purchase.  

We have 2 membership tiers: Entry and VIP. Your spending during the last 12 months will be used to determine your membership tier, each of which has different privileges. VIP tier once reached is valid for 12 months. Please note that the company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the program without prior notice.

WB Club is currently available only to customers with a LINE account and a Thai phone number.

Simply add our Line at @wakingbee and find WB Club portal in the menu. You will be redirected to sign up within a few easy steps. Verification is completed via an OTP sent by SMS. Upon sign up, you will receive a Welcome coupon of 50 THB discount (no minimum purchase).

Unfortunately, our current system requires a Thai phone number to register for WB Club. Thai phone number is used as primary account identifier, and verification is completed via an OTP sent by SMS.

You can earn points every time you shop Wakingbee through our official channels. These include our website (www.wakingbee.com), WB Stores, our department store counters, and our marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok). Members earn 1 point for every 10 THB spent across eligible purchases.

Please make sure you’ve registered on our WB Club portal to be eligible to earn points.

• www.wakingbee.com: Points are earned once your order status is “Completed.” Please ensure to register WB Club before making the order, and input the registered phone number for your website order at check out. Points will be automatically credited to your account within 10 business days.
• WB Stores and department store counters: Provide your phone number to our sales staff at checkout to earn points. Points can be awarded only on the date of purchase and at the store where the purchase is made.
• Marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok): Points can be earned once your order status is “Completed.” Log in to the WB Club portal and enter your order number to claim points within 15 days. You may also link your WB Club account to your marketplace account so future purchases earn points automatically.

Points can be redeemed for discount coupons on the WB Club portal. Log in to your WB Club account and go to the “Privilege” tab. Select the coupon you wish to redeem and follow the redemption steps. Once completed, the coupon will appear in the “My Coupons” tab for you to use.

Please note that website coupons and in-store coupons are different, so be sure to select the one that matches where you plan to use it.

• Website coupons will provide a unique code to enter at checkout.
• In-store coupons will generate a screen that you can present to our sales staff.

Once redeemed, coupons cannot be converted back into points.

Unfortunately, points cannot be awarded for past purchases. Please register for a WB Club account before making your purchase to earn points. For website orders, please ensure the phone number used for your order matches the phone number registered with your WB Club account, so the system can credit points to the correct account.

Yes. Points will expire in 12 months.

WB Club offers two membership tiers: Entry and VIP. Entry members can join with no minimum spending, while VIP status is unlocked with 20,000 THB in qualifying spend. Your tier is determined based on the spending you have made in the last 12 months (regardless of the points you have redeemed for discount).

ENTRY Member:

Entry members receive a 50 THB welcome coupon and can redeem points for discount coupons through the WB Club portal. Points can be redeemed at the following rates: 500 points for a 100 THB coupon, 1,000 points for a 250 THB coupon, or 1,500 points for a 500 THB coupon. Members also receive a birthday reward, a one-time 10% discount coupon during their birth month. 

VIP Member:

VIP members receive a 1,000 THB bonus coupon and enjoy more favorable point redemption rates than Entry members. Points can be redeemed at 250 points for a 100 THB coupon, 500 points for a 250 THB coupon, or 750 points for a 500 THB coupon. VIP members also receive a special birthday reward, a one-time 30% discount coupon during their birth month.

Returned orders are not eligible for points. Points are awarded only after the return and exchange period has passed and the order is marked as “Completed.” In the rare event that an order which has already been awarded points is returned or partially returned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your account accordingly.
